When I was thinking about what to write about in this post, I kept starting and then deleting sentences and fretting about what to actually say. After several different fits and starts I decided to embrace our core value of authenticity, and just acknowledge that this is the beginning. This is the first of many different stories we'll tell, and those stories will evolve over time. It is OK to simply celebrate the beginning!
Our resource library will be one where we strive to share meaningful, impactful content. We want to connect with our community and provide value. This means we'll explore different mediums and different topics, and when something resonates we will do more of it. We know that HR is a hard job. Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and engaging people is not easy. If we can make even one piece of content that connects with someone in our community and helps them solve a problem, then we've done our job.

I'm excited for what the future holds for the resources we create. We've got a lot of work ahead of us, but I know we're on the right track because I've seen the value of the connections our customers are creating. I've seen how they are solving problems and achieving results.
